About Us

    The Oxford Society is dedicated two major goals:
  • Identifying, protecting, and maintaining sites for conservation and preservation.
  • Promoting sound, effective environmental education for diverse audiences. We are especially committed to providing children with opportunities to learn about nature and natural history by experiencing the natural world first-hand.

Since its inception, The Oxford Society has conducted and/or supported projects in the United States, Mexico and Costa Rica, often collaborating with partner organizations that share our goals and values. These include:
